Kenroy and his team did an amazing job in applying stucco around my 17 new high-end windows. This was extensive work as the 6" stucco window bands were previously removed by a window installation firm and then the stucco bands were replaced by Reid's Stucco to their original state. Reids Stucco stood out from the four other estimates I received by the depth of detail in their document. Kenroy specified all materials to be used, the stucco application process, clean up, the time duration to complete the job, insurance coverage, and business license. No other company came close to Reids Stucco's thoroughness. Reid's five workers on my job were skilled, hard-working, and polite. They took extra care to protect my new windows and match my existing stucco finish. Best Stucco Contractor period. Reid's Stucco contracted to replace the stucco on our 2-story, 14-window replacement project. He also suggested a comprehensive look at some critical issues on the house to be repaired prior to painting. The project was a few months away but Kenroy kept in touch and was flexible with our schedule. Once the windows were replaced, he was on site the next day doing all the work to replace the window's stucco bands. He stayed until the job was completed late on a Saturday. Kenroy noticed an issue with one of our roof intersections with a vertical wall and suggested we improve the flashing on the roof. He removed the stucco in the area and found long-neglected water damage. He fixed the water damage and brought in a roofer to add the needed flashing. Kenroy's attention to detail and onsite management were critical to doing a top-quality job. We are very happy with the work and will ask him to come back when we are ready for some additional stucco work. Thank you Reid's Stucco for a better-than-expected stucco result!
